休みを取りたいけど、その変わり別の日に働けますよ！とアピールしたい場合のメール

レストランでカジュアル勤務していると、休みを申請して休めばその分自分の収入がなくなるので、自分が勤務可能な別の日にシフトに入れてもらえれば有難いな、、、なんて思うことがよくあります。

休みを取りたい場合、一般的に2週間前には担当者に通知しなければならないという義務があり、「Two Weeks Notice」と言います。ここ最近はメールで通知しなければならない事が多くなりました。
